Children’s Sangha – Heartful Oneness moments

This Sangha / Circle Time is the first rhythm every day. A Sangha is when the Faculty and children come together with reverence. They greet each other, connect with the inner self, sing songs, move harmoniously to rhythm, recite value based Bhagavad Gita slokas, do some movements and acknowledge their place in the Class, as a family. The faculty or a student could read a story or share something relevant to the age and mood of the group. This practice helps the Faculty to ‘meet’ every child in her class, to connect and establish an ongoing bond through the year.
