Relaxation & Positive affirmations

“When you teach a child how to relax, you give one of the biggest gifts in life. When you inspire older children to meditate, it’s another gift.”- Daaji.

The Heartfulness relaxation technique helps to calm the mind and relax the body. On a rotation basis right from Grade 1, children will conduct this session for 5 minutes every day in the morning. This will be followed by positive affirmations to help children have a positive perspective towards themselves, others and to the world outside.
